PATCH TEST

A crucial patch test is mandatory for any technical services. Simply visit the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we'll handle it. If you're opting for a consultation, completing the patch test during that visit is convenient. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience with us.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

CANCELLATIONS

We recognise that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment. Please provide us with as much advance notice as possible to afford us the opportunity to fill your reserved slot.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:​

• 24 hours notice: Free cancellation

• Less than 24 hours: 100% charge

CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, we will text and confirm your service appointments 1 business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

PAYMENTS

We welcome payments through major credit/debit cards, in store gift cards, as well as cash. Furthermore, we are pleased to accommodate phone payments.
