For all Colour Services, adherence to a Post Color Blow Dry or a Cut & Finish Service is mandatory.

CONSULTATION: Prior to booking, feel free to drop by the salon for a brief chat with your stylist—an excellent way to establish a connection.
PATCH TEST: A crucial patch test is mandatory for any technical services. Simply visit the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we'll handle it. If you're opting for a consultation, completing the patch test during that visit is convenient. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience with us.

TIMELINESS: Upholding an efficient schedule is crucial, and we encourage promptness. If you find yourself running late, it has an impact on everyone involved. Consider arriving 15 minutes early and indulge in a cup of tea while awaiting your appointment. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and contributes to the seamless operation of our services.
CANCELLATIONS: We recognise that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment. Please provide us with as much advance notice as possible to afford us the opportunity to fill your reserved slot.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

24 hours notice: 50% charge.

No show: 100% charge.

PAYMENT: We welcome payments through major credit/debit cards, in store gift cards, as well as cash. Furthermore, we are pleased to accommodate phone payments.
